AROMATHERAPY: Warming Galangal has a sweet spicy aroma and is often used in massage blends for tired or sore muscles. Frankincense & Cedarwood oils are calming and grounding for both the mind and body.
Magnesium sprays can sometimes cause a tingling or "itchy" sensation, especially if you are low in magnesium or have dry skin.

For Recovery: Spray it directly on the muscle groups (calves, shoulders) and rub it in.

For Daily Supplementation: Apply to the soles of your feet before putting on socks. The skin there is thicker and less likely to itch, but still absorbs the magnesium effectively.
